The dark aspects of life are something we all experience on some level: trauma, abuse, feelings of: grief, ‘not knowing’, unworthiness, and even loneliness are all a part of our unique journey - just as joy, deep knowing, worthiness and connection are. This is the reality of the human experience, but it does not mean that we have to lose our humanity on our spiritual journey, it means that we have to feel it, and integrate it.
The key, is to learn how to work with your emotions, listen to your body and connect to the wisdom of the natural medicine that moves through you - so that you can crawl out of the proverbial hole you are in. It is time to get clear in mind, and heart.

Spiritual Therapy is multifaceted and encompasses body, mind and spirit as it is all connected.
Each session will have a physical component (yoga, breath-work, somatics etc), a mindset component (psychotherapeutic insights and practices) and a spiritual component (something that connects you to your dreams, a meditation, a mantra, sound etc). These sessions are direct and to the point and encourage integration, through personal reflection and action.
My ancestors are Metis and Irish, and I connect through the elements of their practices and teachings that have been taught to me through shamans, meditations and dreamtime. My gifted medicines are movement, imagery and language. I use fire + air elements to ignite the new and burn the old so we can transform from a real, authentic and worthy place, and water + earth to ground us here and now, and grow with the flow.
